It’s one main ingredient of all successful real estate agent websites; the REALTORS® boots-on-the-ground expertise. When we work with an agent for 3-4 weeks building a site to generate more referral business and new buyer and seller business, we focus on pulling knowledge out of their head to showcase it on their website. However – and this is a big however – the agent answering the phone has to be able to answer questions from the prospects about the information on their site; meaning the areas, the market, the school districts, etc. If the agent cannot converse about the info on their site, they lose.
Market Expertise is the magic that makes the phone ring from the web and when you answer it’s also the magic that converts new clients. Our websites are powered by it and the agents who buy our websites understand it.
Another note… Powered by Market Expertise isn’t linked anywhere in the footer of the websites we build. We’re not trying to create a backlink colony to promote any business other than the REALTOR®’s. We want the focus to be on the real estate agents we work with, not on us.
